News is abuzz that Capitaland is gearing to launch their latest integrated development at Bedok Central - Bedok Residences, in news released to the media in September 2011.

Capitaland announced its plan to transform the Bedok Bus Interchange and the land adjoining it into a 15 storey integrated developement with about 500 residential apartments and basement retail spaces while the bus interchange will be given a make-over.
